Producing Loan Officers
If you’ve closed a minimum of two (2) transactions in the last 90 days, we should talk
You’re a fit if you:
Ongoing training and real operational support (before and after onboarding)
Free Loan Officer exam training for select non-licensed candidates (pre-qualification required)
100% free tech stack: CRM, Loan Origination System (LOS), Canva marketing access, business cards, and more
Weekly pay** (get paid fast – no delays)
Experienced processing and pipeline support to help you close efficiently
Scenario review and problem-solving assistance
File structure, workflow, and process guidance
Compliance-first brokerage – transparent practices and built to operate clean and audit-ready
CRM-driven growth system (organization, follow-up cadence, and accountability to build a real book of business)
Access to our Realtor partner network and referral opportunities – you work the follow-up and we support the process

COMPENSATION
Onboard 1 Mortgage offers an excellent, performance-based compensation structure designed to reward productivity and growth. Compensation details can be reviewed during the intro call.
NEW / UNLICENSED CANDIDATE PATHWAY
New or unlicensed candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Accepted candidates must meet NMLS licensing requirements and pass required examinations. Free exam training and ongoing support are provided.
FAQ
Do you provide leads?
Yes. Leads are provided to help generate early momentum, with a focus on converting that momentum into
long-term referral business.
Is training ongoing?
Yes. Training and support continue beyond onboarding.
Do you work with experienced LOs only?
Priority is producing Loan Officers (2 closings in the last 90 days). New/unlicensed candidates may be
considered case-by-case.
Is this remote/hybrid?
Depends on market and role.
